Ag Week Recipe #3

We get a little colorful with today’s National Agriculture Week recipe featuring Eat Surreal’s Babaganade!

You will want to visit Farming Engineers at the Carmel Farmers Market for some colorful Rainbow Swiss Chard. You’ll first remove ribs from the leaves of Swiss chard. Sauté chopped yellow onion until translucent with the chard ribs, add sesame oil or oil of choice with the leaves. Once tender, remove from heat and toss with Babaganade, an eggplant and olive salad that’s plant-based, nut-free and gluten-free!
